I work as a consultant in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and as a lawyer and notary.
I have over 20 years of experience not only in litigation, but also in out-of-court dispute resolution. I am a certified mediator and collaborative lawyer (clp Schweiz) and have been repeatedly appointed as a party arbitrator. As a former executive member of public-law bodies, I am also familiar with politics and administration.
As a lawyer, I mainly advise on trade and corporate law as well as in the areas of commercial, criminal and administrative law, in particular in the fight against white-collar crime and anti-money laundering compliance. I am licensed to practice law in all Swiss courts and as a notary public in the Canton of Zug. Further, I worked as a court clerk for seven years and am a substitute judge at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zug.
